  1. A couple of these are easy. Xylitol is actually sweeter than sugar and kinda tastes better. Eliminate dairy of all kinds, especially cheese tragic as that can be, from your diet--tricky sometimes, but doable--pounds disappear.

    Bed making, I can't help with, but as to many of the rest: Look within. The answer is waiting.

  2. Since I can't eat wheat, the dairy would be too TOO tragic. If I get rid of most of the processed crap I should be good.

    The "unmade bed" is more metaphorical and should be fascinating.

    It's all mostly about vigilance and joy. Doable. Always doable. Much Much LOVE to you!!!
