A couple of these are easy. Xylitol is actually sweeter than sugar and kinda tastes better. Eliminate dairy of all kinds, especially cheese tragic as that can be, from your diet--tricky sometimes, but doable--pounds disappear.
ReplyDeleteBed making, I can't help with, but as to many of the rest: Look within. The answer is waiting.
Since I can't eat wheat, the dairy would be too TOO tragic. If I get rid of most of the processed crap I should be good.
